Terms of Stay & Hospitality Guidelines

To ensure a pleasant and seamless experience for all our guests, we kindly request you to take note of the following:

  • Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
  • Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours after 11:00 PM. Guests are requested to keep noise levels low during this time.
  • Booking & Payments: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Cancellations: Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to check-in for a refund of the advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
  • Pricing: Fairly priced, thoughtfully curated: our tariffs are fixed and non-negotiable.
  • Alcohol Policy: The resort does not serve alcohol. Guests are requested to consume responsibly and maintain decorum at all times.
  • Swimming Pool Usage: Appropriate swimwear (swimming trunks) is required while using the pool. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty; guests use the pool at their own risk.
  • Damages: Any damage to property, rooms, or facilities will be chargeable.
  • Personal Belongings: The resort is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Guest Conduct: As the property is shared with other guests, we request everyone to be respectful and maintain a peaceful environment.
